Your First Visit
Your first visit to the doctor typically includes an x-ray that allows the doctor to view the structure of the jaw, the position of any teeth that have not yet erupted, malformed roots, and tooth decay.
If you have any current x-rays from a previous dentist, it is important to contact their office and have these forwarded to our office. This will allow is to see your dental history. Most insurance policies have guidelines as to how many x-rays they will cover in a 12-60 month period. |

The initial visit also involves getting your medical history. When you share your medical history with the doctor, be sure to provide complete, up-to-date information on your health. Inform your doctor if you have experienced recent hospitalization or surgery, or if you have recently been ill. Also tell the doctor the names, doses, and frequency of any medications you are taking — whether prescription or over-the-counter products — and the name of your physician. Inform the doctor of any changes in your health or medications. This information will help the doctor to select the most safe and effective method of treatment for you.

Appointments
We make every effort to be on time for our patients and ask you extend the same courtesy to us. If you're unable to keep your appointment, a 48 hour notice would be greatly appreciated. Any cancellation given under 24 hours will have a $50.00 minimum charge with a $25.00 charge added for every additional hour scheduled.
Cost
We will provide a complete treatment plan, specific to your dental needs. If you choose to proceed we will send a pre-determination to your insurance company, if applicable. We will then let you know financially what to expect at each visit. As a convenience to our patients we will process your insurance via electronic claims. Any costs not covered by insurance are due at the time the service is performed.
We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and debit cards. We also offer financing through ChaseHealthAdvance, a 7% discount will bea pplied for CASH only, OAC. For seniors without insurance we offer a 15% courtesy.
